About the design

The rousing chorus of the shanty curved over a sunrise, a tiny ship on the horizon and a band of rolling sea. Early in the morning never looked so optimistic.

It comes in two versions: dark lines for pale fabrics and light lines for dark fabrics, so it stays crisp whichever colour you pick.

The words come from the traditional sea shanty “Drunken Sailor”, which is in the public domain. A short history of the song.
